Question by : What are some ways to prevent cavities without giving up sugar?
I went to my dentist appointment about two days ago and my dentist found two cavities. =( The thing is, I’ve had this kind of addiction to candy since I was a kid. I don’t eat candy everyday–but I have cravings now and then. Is there any way to prevent cavities next time around without giving up candy? Other than this, I pretty much eat healthy. Meaning more vegetables than meat. So what can I do?
